Carl has been in the Title Industry for 24 years. He worked 18 years as a Title Examiner before moving to Escrow. He has been an Escrow Officer for 6 years and is a licensed Title Insurance Agent.

Carl is a lifelong local resident and attended New Mexico State University majoring in Geology.
